Most questions can be answered via direct messaging which is included at no additional cost. If additional support is desired, 1:1 sessions are available for purchase at a discounted rate.
Are any functional tests included in the monthly subscription fee?
Subscribers are eligible for "at-cost" testing through our lab partner, Rupa Health. We do not charge a fee for ordering tests and we will provide customized recommendations based on your results.
What kind of functional testing is offered and how is testing selected for each individual?
Our lab partner, Rupa Health, offers hundreds of test from a variety of brands for concerns such as gut health, genetic, hormone, nutrient, toxins, heavy metals testing, and more. Those interested in functional testing may message their practitioner in the portal to discuss steps for selecting and ordering tests, collecting samples, and reviewing results.
How are you able to order tests if you are not a licensed medical provider?
We participate in the physician services program, through Rupa Health, which allows non-licensed providers such as nutritionists, health coaches, and functional medicine practitioners to make functional testing available to their clients. Upon review of your test results, TNR does not diagnose or treat disease. Instead we help you identify and address possible imbalances that may be supported through functional health strategies like nutrition and supplementation. Referral to a licensed medical provider may be necessary for complex cases when we suspect that further medical diagnosis and treatment may be necessary.
